Terms and Conditions for Pokecard Store Subscriptions

The following terms and conditions apply to all types of subscriptions offered by Pokecard Store. By taking out a subscription, the customer automatically agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Pokecard Store may reject a subscription application without giving reasons.

2. The subscription begins on the first day of the calendar month following the order. After that, the subscription renews monthly on the first day of each month.

3. The monthly service will be provided within 24 hours of renewal at the latest.

4. After the minimum term has expired, customers can cancel their subscription at any time. 

5. For services that have already been paid for but not yet fulfilled, Pokecard Store will either provide the service in full or issue a refund, at its discretion. In the case of refunds, a flat fee of 5% will be deducted to cover payment fees and administrative costs. 

6. The monthly subscription fee is charged in advance to the credit card on file.

7. In the event of failed payments, Pokecard Store may immediately suspend or terminate the subscription.

8. No guarantee is given regarding specific card values or expected contents for Mystery Box and Mystery Pack contents.

9. Services already rendered are generally excluded from refunds.

10. Pokecard Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions at any time without providing further details.
