Welcome to the Pokecard Store Trainer Club — the loyalty program for all our loyal customers! Collect Trainer Points with every purchase, for special promotions, or simply for being a member – and redeem them for great discounts!

Where can I find the loyalty program?

You can find the loyalty program in your Pokecard Store customer account.
After you have logged in, a button will appear in your account overview labeled "to the loyalty program".

Click on it and you will immediately see how many Trainer Points you have already collected.

How can I register for the loyalty program?

You can register directly here:

If you already have a Pokecard Store customer account, you do not need to register again. Simply log in as usual. In your account overview you will then find the button "To the loyalty program".

Do I have to register with you again if I already have a customer account?

No. If you already have a customer account with us, you do not need to register again. Simply log in, the loyalty program is integrated directly into your account.

How do I earn Trainer Points?

There are many ways to collect Trainer Points:

• 🎉 Registration200 points as a welcome gift if you are not yet registered and have not yet made a purchase. If you are already a customer, we have already credited you with the extra points.
  
  

• 🛒 Place an order: You will receive points for each franc of order value (the exact number of points depends on your Trainer Club level level - you can see this in your account)
  
  

• 📸 Follow us on Instagram500 Points
  
  

• 🎂 Birthday: 500 points as a gift if you have entered your date of birth in the loyalty portal
  
  

• ⚡ Special promotionsWe regularly run promotions where you can earn extra points!
  
  

How can I redeem Trainer Points?

Quite simply:

1. Open your loyalty account.
   
   

2. Click on "Convert points to discounts".
   
   

3. Choose how many points you would like to redeem. There is a discount of one franc per 100 points.
   
   

4. You will then find your generated discount code further up in the section "Your available discount codes" section section on the same page.
   
   

What are Trainer Club levels and what are their benefits?

Depending on how many Trainer Points you have collected in total, you will automatically be promoted to a new Trainer Club level level.
At a higher level you get:

• More points per purchaseThis means that your purchases will earn you even more points even faster! Silver members get 2 points per 1 CHF purchase and Gold members get 3 points per 1 CHF.
  

• Earlier access to new releasesYou get the opportunity to buy new products before the lower levels.
  
  

You can see your current loyalty level at any time in your customer account.

Can I also earn points in the store in Rümlang?

Yes, definitely! In your loyalty account you will find your digital membership card.
Show it when you pay in our store in Rümlang - that way you can also collect Trainer Points on site.

Can I redeem my points at the store in Rümlang?

Yes, you can do that too! Simply show your membership card in the store. Our team can then see your points and directly redeem a suitable discount for you.
