Welcome to the Pokecard Store Trainer Club — the loyalty program for all our loyal customers! Earn Trainer Points with every purchase, for special promotions, or just for being a member—and redeem them for great discounts!

Where can I find the loyalty program?

You can find the loyalty program in your Pokecard Store customer account.
After you log in, a button labeled “Go to the Loyalty Program.”

Click on it, and you’ll immediately see how many Trainer Points you’ve already earned and what Trainer Club level you’re at.

How can I register for the loyalty program?

You can register right here:

If you already have a Pokecard Store account, you don't need to register again. Just log in as usual. You'll then find the "Go to Loyalty Program" button in your account overview.

Do I have to register with you again if I already have a customer account?

No. If you already have an account with us, you don't need to register again. Just log in—the loyalty program is built right into your account.

How do I earn Trainer Points?

There are many ways to collect Trainer Points:

• 🎉 Registration: 200 welcome points if you haven’t registered yet and haven’t made a purchase. If you’re already a customer, we’ve already credited you with the extra points.
  
  

• 🛒 Place an order or shop in-store: You’ll earn points for every franc you spend on your order. The exact number of points depends on your Trainer Club level (see below).
  
  

• 📸 Follow us on Instagram: 500 points
  
  

• 🎂 Birthday: 500 points as a gift if you've entered your date of birth in the loyalty portal
  
  

• ⚡ Special Promotions: We regularly run promotions where you can earn extra points!
  
  

• 📧 Coach Points Subscriptions: We also offer subscriptions that give you points every month.

 

How can I redeem Trainer Points?

Quite simply:

1. Open your loyalty account.
   
   

2. Click "Convert Points to Discounts".
   
   

3. Choose how many points you would like to redeem. There is a discount of one franc per 100 points.
   
   

4. You'll then find your generated discount code further up in the "Your Available Discount Codes” section at the top of the same page.
   
   

💡 Don't worry: Your Trainer Club level will remain the same, even if you redeem points for a discount.

What are Trainer Club Levels?

Depending on how many Trainer Points you’ve collected in total, you’ll automatically advance to a higher Trainer Club level . The higher your level, the more points you earn per purchase and the sooner you’ll get access to new releases.

There are currently four levels: Novice, Bronze, Silver and Gold. You can view your current level at any time in your customer account.

What benefits do the individual levels offer me?

The tiers differ in two ways: how early you get access to new releases and how many points you earn per purchase.

🔑 Early access to new releases

Gold, Silver, and Bronze members receive an exclusive, non-public link for advance sales or pre-orders. Access is granted in stages:

1. 🥇 Gold: Get first access—including to exclusive products

2. 🥈 Silver: will be next in line to gain access

3. 🥉 Bronze: gains access afterward

4. 🌱 Novice: will then gain access
   
   

🛒 Trainer Points per purchase

• 🥇 Gold: 3 points per franc spent

• 🥈 Silver: 2 points per franc spent

• 🥉 Bronze: 1 point per franc spent

• 🌱 Novice: 1 Pont per franc spent
  
  

All tiers also benefit from additional point promotions, such as birthday, Instagram, and special promotions.

Please note: We reserve the right to adjust the tiers and their benefits. Our Terms and Conditions apply in each case.

Will I lose my level if I redeem points?

No. Your level is determined by the total number of points you've earned. When you redeem points for a discount, your point balance decreases, but your Trainer Club level remains the same. So you can redeem your points without any worries.

Can I also earn points in the store in Rümlang?

Yes, definitely! At the bottom of your loyalty account, you'll find your digital membership cardat the bottom.
Show it when you pay at our store in Rümlang—that way, you’ll earn Trainer Points in person, too.

Can I redeem my points at the store in Rümlang?

Yes, that works, too! Just show your membership card at the store. Our team will then be able to see your points and apply the appropriate discount for you right away.
