Shipping

1. shipping is by A Mail for letters and by the shipping method selected in the checkout for parcels.

2. shipping costs are calculated at checkout and can be waived from a certain amount.  

3. the expected time until items are shipped is indicated on the website in the header.

4. certain articles are not immediately ready for dispatch. In these cases, this will be declared on the product page. 

5. if items with different delivery times are purchased together, all items will be shipped together as soon as the entire shopping cart is ready for shipment.  

6. for items that can be pre-ordered, an approximate date is given as a guideline for the start of shipping. This date is not binding and may be subject to change by the supplier.  

7 All deliveries are made from Switzerland to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. This means that our deliveries are never subject to customs duties. 

8. if Swiss Post loses the parcel in transit and it is not delivered, a replacement product will be sent to the customer and Pokecard Store will take care of everything else with Swiss Post. The same applies to delays or incorrect deliveries.
