Right of withdrawal

The return conditions are listed in the General Terms and Conditions under points 12 - 15 and are listed again here: 

 

12. Returns are possible within 7 days after receipt of the shipment, unless it is mentioned on the product page that the item cannot be returned. The return must be notified in advance by email to support@pokecard.store.

13. only items in their original packaging, unused, clean, fully returned and undamaged will be accepted for return. The amount paid will only be refunded after receipt and inspection of the return.

14. individual tickets cannot be returned.

15 The return costs shall be borne by the customer. For the costs already incurred by "www.pokecard.store", an additional 15% of the price will be deducted from the refund.
