GTC
1. The GTC apply to all products and services offered by the company "15 Trading GmbH" on www.pokecard.store. Deviations from the GTC are only effective if we confirm them in writing.
2. The offers on www.pokecard.store are non-binding. The stock levels stated on www.pokecard.storeand the actual stock levels may differ. Incorrect price information cannot be ruled out.
3. A contract is concluded when the customerplaces an orderonwww.pokecard.store. 15 Trading GmbHis entitled to terminate the contract in the event of an incorrect price quotation or an incorrect display of stock levels. In this case, the customer will be refunded the amount paid. The successful conclusion of a contract is binding and the customer cannot withdraw from it.
4. No guarantee is given regarding the release date for pre-orders. This date is communicated to us by our supplier. The latest information regarding the expected release date is always available at www.pokecard.store. Orders cannot be canceled by the customer due to a delayed release date/delays on the part of the supplier.
5. in the case of pre-orders, the expected quantities may be reduced by our supplier. If this is the case and not all pre-orders can be fulfilled, the contract will be terminated and the customer will be refunded the amount paid. The principle here is that the most recent pre-orders are cut first. If our quantity has been reduced by the supplier by more than 50%, we will distribute the reductions as fairly as possible among all customers at our own discretion.
6. If the item is in stock, the delivery time varies depending on the delivery method selected. We use Swiss Post for delivery.
7.Theshipping costs correspond to the costs listed on the order.
8. 15 Trading GmbH is not liable for transport damage caused by the transport company (e.g., the postal service). The customer is obliged to report any recognizable transport damage to the delivery company immediately. If a shipment is shown as delivered according to the shipping company's tracking system but cannot be found by the customer (e.g., theft or loss at the delivery location), a claim for replacement or refund is only possible if the "Priority Signature + Assurance" shipping option was selected when the order was placed.
9.We treat personalcustomer data confidentially and do not pass it on to third parties unless this is necessary for processing payments and deliveries. Customers also have the option of voluntarily signing up for SMS marketing. The mobile phone number provided by the customer will be used exclusively for sending marketing and service messages (e.g., information about products, offers, promotions, and events). You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in the SMS or by sending a message to support at pokecard.store.
10. The customer may withdraw from a purchase contract in writing within 5 business days, providing valid reasons. In the case of exceptionally permitted cancellations, Pokecard Store may deduct 7% of the purchase price for payment fees and processing fees. Canceling pre-orders may result in exclusion from future pre-orders.
11.Returnsare possible within 7daysof receipt of the shipment, unless it is explicitly stated on the product page that the item cannot be returned. Returns must be registered in advance by email to support@pokecard.store.
12.Only items that are in their original packaging, unused, clean, returned in full, and undamaged will be accepted for return. The amount paid will only be refunded after the return has been received and inspected.
13.Individual tickets cannot be returned.
14. Thecustomer shall bear the costsof returning the goods. For costs already incurred by 15 Trading GmbH, 15% of the order value shall be deducted from the refund.
15. Thewebsite is translated from German into English and French and is available in these languages. It cannot be ruled out that errors may occur in the translation. In the event of disputes, the original German text shall be decisive.
16. MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the payment method "purchase on account." With individual invoices, customers can conveniently pay for their online purchases by invoice. If payment is not made within the specified period, a monthly invoice with an overview of outstanding orders will be sent the following month. Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY takes over the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities independently. 17. Creatingmultiple accounts to gain an advantage or to abuse discount promotions is prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel orders and charge the customer for any payment fees incurred.
18. If the customer's address is incorrect and this results in additional costs, the customer must bear these additional costs.
19. If an order must be reversed for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., violation of order limits, circumvention of system restrictions, refusal to undergo a required identity verification in cases of objective suspicion of fraud, failure to pick up the order within 7 days, incorrect loyalty status), 15 Trading GmbH may charge the actual payment fees incurred as well as a reasonable administrative fee. These deductions shall not exceed 7% of the order value.
20. Pickups must be collected within 7 days of receiving confirmation that the order is ready for pickup. If the customer fails to collect the order, 15 Trading GmbH may reverse the order at the customer's expense.
21. If there are objective indications of an increased risk of fraud or abuse (e.g., unusually high order value, discrepancy between billing and delivery address, international payment methods, technical anomalies in the payment process), 15 Trading GmbH may request proof of identity, card ownership, or delivery address before shipping the order. If the customer does not cooperate within a reasonable period of time, 15 Trading GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
22. 15 Trading GmbH attaches great importance to offering products at fair prices for collectors and players. To ensure this, 15 Trading GmbH reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part if there are objective indications that the customer is purchasing the ordered products primarily for the purpose of commercial resale (e.g., as a reseller, scalper, or TCG shop). If an order has to be canceled for these reasons, 15 Trading GmbH is entitled to deduct the actual payment fees incurred and a reasonable administrative fee from the refund amount. The total deductions amount to a maximum of 7% of the order value.
23. Automated access to our website (in particular through crawling, scraping, or similar technical means) is not permitted without prior express permission. In the event of violations, 15 Trading GmbH reserves the right to exclude the user in question from the newsletter and loyalty program.
24. Coupon codes and discounts do not apply to discounted products, pre-orders, and individual tickets. Discounts cannot be combined with each other. This applies to already discounted products, coupon codes, Trainer Points, and any other forms of discounts.
25. If a customer violates any of the General Terms and Conditions or the order restrictions specified in the product description, 15 Trading GmbH may prohibit that person from placing future orders (blacklist).

27. The exclusive venue for legal proceedings is Zurich (ZH). The legal relationship is governed by Swiss law.
