Pick-ups in our store in Rümlang are now possible! Orders can be picked up during store opening hours. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. As a general rule, if the order is placed before 2:00 p.m., same-day pickup is possible. If the order is placed after 2:00 p.m., it will be ready on the next store opening day. 

We have recently noticed that some customers with Bluewin email addresses are not receiving order confirmation and shipping emails. This affects all online stores that use the same software as we do. However, if you use a Bluewin address, you can log in to your account on our website to check the status of your order. Our shop software provider is also working with Bluewin to resolve this issue. Newsletters, including pre-sales, are not affected by this problem.
