Shipping during the holidays: Ordersplaced after 4:00 p.m. on December 23 will be shipped on December 29. 

Our store in Rümlang is now open. Please check out all the information on the store page. The current opening hours, including holidays, are always available on Google Maps.

Pick-ups are not yet possible. What is ordered online will be delivered by post. Later this year, we will also be adding the option to collect from the store.

Support via Whatsapp is currently not possible, as we are currently rebuilding our support infrastructure. Please contact us by email.

We have recently noticed that some customers with Bluewin email addresses are not receiving their order confirmation and shipping emails. This affects all stores that use the same software as we do. However, if you use a Bluewin address, you can log in to your account on our website and see the status of your order there. Our store software provider is also working with Bluewin to resolve this issue.
