Terms and conditions for the "Pokecard Store Trainer Points" loyalty program

1. general

With the loyalty program "Pokecard Store Trainer Points" we would like to give something back to you as a loyal customer. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. conditions of participation

You can take part if you have a customer account with us. Only one account per person is allowed - so please do not register more than once, otherwise they will be deleted and the points collected will expire.

3. collect points

• Points are awarded on the net value of your orders - i.e. without VAT and after discounts.
  
  

• For gift cards there are no points.
  
  

• If you cancel or return an order, we will deduct the corresponding points. If you have already redeemed the points, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding value from the refund.
  
  

• We may correct points at any time correctfor example in the event of an error in the allocation.
  
  

4. loss of points

Your points are Valid for 12 months. After that they expire automatically - an extension is not possible.

5. no disclosure

Your accumulated points, your membership and your VIP level belong only to you - you may not pass them on, sell or transfer them.

6. no monetary value

Trainer Points have have no monetary value. You can not be paid outeven if you delete your account. In this case, your points will expire without replacement.

7. changes & termination

We reserve the right to change or terminate the Loyalty Program or terminate it at any time - without prior notice.

This applies, for example:

• the conditions for VIP memberships
  
  

• how many points you get per CHF
  
  

• what rewards are available for points
  
  

• the conversion rate from points to CHF

There is no entitlement to participation or continuation of the program. We also reserve the right to exclude you from the program in the event of abuse or rule violations.

8. gold membership

• If you purchase a paid Gold membership, this is valid valid until the end of the next calendar year.
  
  

• A refund or payment is not possibleeven if the account is closed.
  
  

• If the VIP program is discontinued completely, you will receive a voucher for the remaining period you will receive a voucher for the Pokecard Store for the remaining period.
  
  

9. changes

These GTC may change at any time. You will always find the current version on our website. If you continue to participate in the program, the new terms and conditions will automatically apply to you.

10. abuse & manipulation

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts or accumulated points if objective evidence of misuse or manipulation of the program. Abuse includes, in particular, violations of these terms and conditions of participation, the disclosure of exclusive access or pre-order links to unauthorized third parties, and the improper use of information obtained through the loyalty program.

11 Technical availability

We make every effort to ensure that the points program is stable and error-free. However, it is possible that the system (e.g. points display, redemption) may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical faults or updates. In such cases there is no right to compensation.

12 Errors excepted

All information about the program (e.g. amount of points, rewards, VIP levels) on the website or in newsletters is subject to change and non-binding. Errors, typographical mistakes or technical problems may occur - in such cases we may correct information.
