Information on pre-ordering the SV8.5 Prismatic Evolutions Super Premium Collection & SV10 Destined Rivals

The upcoming releases of the SV8.5 Prismatic Evolutions Super Premium Collection and the Scarlet & Violet 10 - Destined Rivals set are imminent. Due to the current market situation and the extremely high demand, we expect, based on the numbers of the last releases of Scarlet & Violet 9 - Journey Together, that the available quantities will be severely limited - similar to the COVID period, for those who still remember it.
We also regret this, as we would of course also like to sell more to you all.
Changes to our pre-orders
To ensure that we only sell realistically available quantities, we have decided not to offer our usual pre-orders. The reason for this is the high risk that we would have to cancel orders if our suppliers allocate us fewer goods than expected. We usually receive our final allocations from suppliers around two to four weeks before the official release. Only then do we have a reliable overview of how many products we can actually offer.
We have heard from many people that their quantities for SV09 Journey Together at other stores have been greatly reduced or canceled altogether. Many of the newer stores don't know what it was like during the last hype in 2020/2021 and are therefore pre-selling way too much. We don't want to make that mistake. If someone promises you a Case SV10 Destined Rivals, it's probably too good to be true.
Instead, we will wait for the final allocations from our suppliers. Once we have received these, we will open a limited pre-order phase for our most loyal customers so that they have the first opportunity to secure products. We will then move on to the rest of our customers. We expect very limited availability at release. The order quantity will probably be limited to one to a maximum of two boxes per customer. This applies to the SV8.5 Prismatic Evolutions Super Premium Collection and SV10 Destined Rivals Booster Boxes and ETBs. We want to help you with this information so that you know approximately how much you can expect at release.
Who gets priority access to the pre-order?
To benefit from this exclusive pre-order opportunity, you must meet all of the following criteria:
✔️ You have spent more than CHF 500 in our store in your entire order history.
✔️ You have placed at least one order with us in the last 100 days.
✔️ You have placed at least two orders in our store in the past.
✔️ You have received our Email newsletter subscribed.
✔️ You are never negative towards our staff. Insults and tantrums are something we don't want to have to deal with.
This measure is designed to ensure that our most loyal customers, who shop with us regularly, have the best chance of securing products from these highly coveted releases.
How do I check whether I meet these criteria?
To get an overview of your past orders, you can click on "Create account" at the top right of our homepage and create a new account there. It is important that you use the e-mail address with which you usually place orders. You can then log in and should have an overview of your previous orders.
