Transportation insurance

1. By taking out transport insurance, the customer is insured in the event of damage to the package by the supplier or in the event of theft until the package is received. 

2. In the event of damage or theft, the customer must report the incident to [email protected]. A form must then be completed. The customer agrees that the information will be passed on to the police and the postal service. If false information is provided, the customer may be liable to prosecution. 

3. In the event of theft, this must first be reported to the police and then to Pokecard Store. Reporting the theft to the police is a prerequisite for the customer's claim for damages.

4. If the customer changes the delivery method of the package, the insurance coverage expires. For example, if a package is sent with signature upon receipt, but the customer then allows the postal service to deliver the package without a signature.

4. If no insurance is purchased,15 Trading GmbH (operator of www.pokecard.store) accepts no liability for transport damage or theft. Once the goods have been handed over to the postal service, the risk lies with the customer. Any transport damage must be reported by the customer to the postal service.
