Important Information About Pre-orders – Please read carefully before placing your order. 

 

Please note the following rules before placing an order

  1. Please note the maximum order quantities: The product description for each item specifies how many copies may be purchased. You may purchase multiple language versions of the same product.
  2. Do Not Share This Information:The order link and all information regarding the sale may not be disclosed to third parties or shared publicly.
  3. Violations of these rules will result in the order being canceled (any applicable fees will be charged). In addition, a violation may result in exclusion from the loyalty program.

Product Delivery Status

The official first day of sale for the products from this pre-sale is September 16, 2026. However, for some products, Pokémon is not expected to be able to deliver the merchandise to Switzerland in time. You can find the current status for each product in the table below.

We will ship all products we have received by the release date. If certain products arrive later, we will ship them as soon as we receive them.

It looks like the English ETBs will be arriving in two waves. For the first wave, we will prioritize orders based on the date they were received. Once the first wave of ETBs has been shipped, we expect to be able to ship the remaining ETBs by the release date of the second wave (October 2) at the latest.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Until the release, we will not answer any support inquiries regarding whether the ETB you ordered will be shipped in the first or second wave.
